You may withdraw a booking request at any time before we confirm it. No payment is due through this website at the request stage.
After confirmation
Cancellation terms, deposits and any applicable refund will be stated in your booking confirmation because they depend on the service and supplier. Contact us as soon as plans change.
Service changes
If we cannot provide a confirmed service, we will discuss a suitable alternative or refund any amount we have received for the unavailable service, subject to the written booking terms.
